Exterior painting is underway!  Tiles and hardwoods almost done!

Flooring and Erosion Control

Hardwood and tile flooring have started.  Woodchips are being spread out for erosion control.  The more Gemma and I work on the weekends, the faster we get to move in.

Exterior Groundwork

We've been stalled two months on our earthwork.  Long story, but it finally got done.
